Job Description
You will own the end-to-end user experience, interaction architecture, and visual design across our web consoles and mobile applications. You will translate complex academic workflows, multi-agent AI generation pipelines, and student learning journeys into simple, accessible, and intuitive interfaces, establishing a comprehensive design system that scales across platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design lifecycle from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Architect and maintain a scalable cross-platform design system and component library for web and mobile products.
Design intuitive interfaces for AI interactions, including conversational AI tutors, prompt management consoles, and review workspaces with citation provenance.
Conduct usability testing, user interviews with faculty and students, and iterate designs based on real-world feedback and analytics.
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and instructional designers to ensure pixel-perfect and accessible implementation.
Establish design accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure optimal responsiveness across low-end devices and variable screen sizes.
Key Skills
5 to 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio.Mastery of modern design tools, primarily Figma, including design tokens, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.Proven experience creating, governing, and scaling design systems across cross-functional engineering teams.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience designing complex SaaS workflows, data dashboards, or educational software.A degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or a related discipline.
