Job Description
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and end to end execution of modern, AI-enabled educational products that improve academic and operational experiences across our institutions. You will partner closely with users to translate complex needs into clear technical requirements, manage delivery milestones across internal engineering and external partner teams, and track post-launch adoption to continuously elevate product quality.
Responsibilities
Spend time with the people who use the product, and turn what they need into clear requirements.
Keep one backlog, and decide what is in and out of each release.
Work with the engineering teams every week, and answer questions quickly so nobody waits.
Run monthly acceptance with the vendor team, and accept or reject work against what was agreed.
Keep the roadmap current, and say plainly when a date is at risk.
Test with real users before release, and watch how the product is used afterwards.
Key Skills
5 to 8 years as a product manager on software products.Writing requirements that an engineer can build from without guessing.Working with engineering teams and with external vendors.Deciding scope under a fixed deadline, and defending the decision.A degree in any discipline, with strong written English.
